Refund Policy

At our travel company, we understand that sometimes changes in plans can occur, and we strive to make our refund policy as fair and transparent as possible. As such, we offer a 20% flat return on cancellations made by clients, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date to be eligible for a refund.

  2. The 20% flat return is based on the total amount paid by the client at the time of booking, excluding any non-refundable fees or charges.

  3. In some cases if there is any non- refundable flight ,no payment will be refunded.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation date, and the amount refunded will be credited back to the original payment method used by the client.

  5. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or other official communication channels provided by our travel company. The cancellation request should include the booking details, including the booking ID, name of the client, and the reason for cancellation.

  6. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, our travel company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  7. Our travel company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by clients as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to flights, hotels, or other transportation costs.

By booking a tour with our travel company, clients agree to the terms and conditions of our refund policy. We encourage all clients to carefully review the terms and conditions before making a booking and to contact us if they have any questions or concerns.
