Terms and Conditions for Plan My Way Travel Company
- Booking: By using our travel booking services, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
- Refund Policy: Our 20% refund policy applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the departure date. No refund will be provided for nonrefundable flights. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we determine that it violates our policies or if the client engages in fraudulent activity.
- No Bargain: All prices quoted by PlanMyWay are final and non-negotiable. We do not engage in any bargaining or price negotiation.
- No Hotel Change: Once a booking has been made and confirmed, no changes to the hotel reservation will be allowed.
- Liability: Plan My Way will not be liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of our services or from any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by us. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular flights, hotels or other travel services.
- Age Limit: Users must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
- Payment: Payment for our services must be made in atleast 30% at the time of booking of hotels and package bookings . We accept all major credit cards, Paytm , and other forms of electronic payment.
- Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to a booking must be made through Plan My Way customer service. Changes or cancellations made directly with the airline or hotel will not be accepted.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their travels.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plan My Way is located.
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.
